Shipping policy

We use Royal Mail for all our orders (except local delivery which is hand delivered) with the options of Tracked 48. We use these two for peace of mind for both parties as they are fully tracked from the moment we give them to the delivery office or collection driver. 

Tracked 48 is a flat fee of £4.99

We aim to dispatch within 1-2 business days even during the busiest periods (Christmas etc) but it may take longer but only expectional circumstances. Any further known delayment to this will be displayed clearly on our website. 

Local Free Delivery is avaiable to those who live in the postcodes of DY10,DY11,DY12 & DY13. Hand deliveried by one of our team members (usually done on a FrIday unless otherwise stated). Cut off is 4pm the day prior. Please state a safe space to leave your parcel if you will not be in as we will not accept responsibility for any lost parcels. We have a right to cancel an order if we believe someone as tried to use this when the address is not in these postcodes according to Google Maps.

Anyone outside these postcodes are subjected to our standard shipping costs.
